Garnet is a passion project I created inspired by the garnets I’ve collected from the Cascade mountains since I was a little kid. We used to backpack and camp along a small creek beside Heather Lake in the central Cascades and dig for gems in the creek beds. It was always so exciting finding a big one, watching it glow in the sunlight. I’ve always wanted to create a jewelry brand inspired by these natural gemstones.
